1. I will do 50 crunches
2. Do 10 push-ups (I know it’s not a lot, but I’m only starting!)
3. Put only 2 SPOONS OF SUGAR in my coffee
4. Start every meal with a fruit
5. Start jogging again after exams…or at least after the two Psychology exams.
Hoo. Flabby is not an option anymore. Gah. MUST LOSE WEIGHT! :))
